**The Bike Route was changed for 2010 !
It will no longer come down Lees Road, although it will still go up it.
Instead the route proceeds out 4 Mile Lake Road to Highway 63 and back.
Due to OAT rules, children under 16 cannot compete in the adult event. Entrants must be 16 years of age or over by December 1st, 2011. Entrants under the age of 16 may compete in the Kids Try event on Saturday July 2nd or the Teen Tri.
We have also added a Try a Tri, which will go at 4:15 on Saturday July 2nd.
