6-7            25m      1.5 km        500m

8-9            50m      3 km    1 km

10-11        75m      5 km    1.5 km

12-15        100m      10 km    2.5 km

  1. Bullet  Swimsuit or shorts

  2. Bullet Bathing Cap, (provided)

  3. Bullet Bike in good working order

  4. Bullet Snell or ANSI approved cycling helmet

  5. Bullet Running Shoes

  6. Bullet T-shirt for bike and run
